the same article mentioned the work to be done on the joseph street
property.   has any kind of diagram been presented of what is proposed?   for
instance, what kind of parking is planned?  being a rather close neighbor of
this property, i also wonder what is planned in terms of lighting, as well as
where the various playing fields will be.    having this field developed
sounds good, but guess i missed any information on what might be where.
