Several non-profit organizations, committees, and community
organizations have inquired about the feasibility of having
their own displays at the Moscow Community Retreat
on Saturday, June 13.
If we KNOW IN ADVANCE how many organizations would like
to reserve table space or wall space, we would welcome a variety
of displays in the Moscow High School foyer which will
have the greatest citizen traffic during the retreat. However,
some displays may be better suited to a specific breakout
session location. Displays may be staffed or unstaffed, and I would
recommend that they be set up before 10:00 a.m. and disassembled at
5:00 p.m.
This is an opportunity for proposed plans or current projects
to be made available to a sizable group of interested citizens
in one stop.
Please e-mail or call me if you would like to reserve a space
(specify table, wall, or both), or if you have questions. I will
need the name and number for a designated contact person for
each display.
