Marshall Comstock and I would like to invite you to a meeting. We want to
discuss some ideas with you on developing a community-wide strategy in
preventing drug and alcohol abuse. We learned about a program called
"ENOUGH IS ENOUGH". It is a nationwide anti-drug program being implemented
by communities in southern Idaho. We'd like to discuss this with local
government officials, business and civic organizations, health services,
media, and religious leaders. Schools and law enforcement can't do this
alone. The abuse of drugs and alcohol should be a community effort.
