It's interesting that the U.S. has some of the weakest laws in protecting
the communciation privacy of workers at work, compared to Japan and Europe.
It's even more interesting, I think, as the amount of time spent in
non-public places (such as work) has increased since one and two centuries
ago...when many more people were self-employed, and their rights of privacy
and free speech were exercised for more of the day.
