I fished around on the Internet a little bit. Evidently "Enough is Enough" is
sort of a combination of a non-religious revival meeting and "just say no".
It's being repeated in Nampa for the 4th graders, since they were overlooked
the first time around, and you can't emphasize the dangers of drugs too early.

Like D.A.R.E., these programs have never been shown to be effective, but they
make the sponsors feel good, let the politicians show the public that they're
doing something, and provide employment to professional "drug-fighters".
