Yet the thoughtful points made in recent Vision2020 messages convince me
that it's time to consider all the angles in providing a swimming
facility. The least expensive alternative doesn't seem likely -- and other
people have already stressed this -- to be the best longterm investment.
I just wanted to get on record that not just swimmers, but at least one
boater and floater supports the concept of a substantial new facility.
