BEFORE THE LATAH COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

The Latah County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on
Wednesday November 12, 1997, in Room 2-B of the Latah County
Courthouse, Moscow, Idaho, to receive comments on:
7:05 p.m. - An amendment to Article 5 of the Latah County
Subdivision Ordinance repealing some design standards for
residences on new land divisions. Amendments to Article 9 of the
Subdivision Ordinance repealing survey requirements for new land
divisions, explicitly prohibiting lot line adjustments for purposes of =
relocating new parcels in violation of Section 9.01 of the Subdivision =
Ordinance, and providing time limits to complete applications for land =
division. An amendment to Article 3 of the Latah County Zoning
Ordinance requiring conditional use permits for dwellings for farm and =
forestry labor.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing.
Accommodations for individuals who qualify under the Americans
with Disabilities Act are available upon request. Notice is required in =
the Commissioner=12s Office three working days prior to the hearing in =
order to acquire accommodations for individuals needing assistance.
This hearing will be held pursuant to the Latah County Hearing
Procedures Ordinance and under authority of the Idaho Local
Planning Act. The Latah County Planning Commission reserves the
right to limit the length of testimony.
