We may have heard this all before....
An economic development summit is planned to focus on growth and
development issues. big concern is balancing growth and quality of life
here on the Palouse.
Sure, these issues have been discussed before, but this set of 2
workshops (both free, one in Moscow and one in Pullman) offers a great
oportunity to meet with the local power structure and offer your very own
comments.
The first summit is on Sept 10 at the Pullman City Council
chambers at Pullman City Hall, 7pm to 9pm.
The second summit is on Sept 18, same time, but at the University
Inn, Best WEstern, Moscow.
Please try to be there, just to answer the basic questin--which
came first quality of life or economic development.....BL
