    On Sunday 12/8/02 MOSCOW MORNING VIEWS, a talk
show on KUOI 89.3 FM in Moscow(web audio on  KUOI.org)
will feature the following guests:
    
    --In the first hour (9-10 am) Julia Parker, a
spokesperson for the Moscow Civic Association will
discuss that new local poltical group and its goals.
    --In the second hour(10-11 am)we will continue
discussing the Moscow Civic Association and local
politics in general with time for listener phone
calls.
