Re: City Council and Big Business

Along the lines of big "business" -- There was an article on page
7C of Sunday's (Dec 1, 2002) Lewiston Morning Tribune announcing
a Dec. 18th meeting between "officials from the city of Moscow"
and the University of Idaho. The goal of this meeting is "to
identify how the private rental housing development community and
the UI can work together to meet student housing needs." 

Loosely translated, does this mean more unrestricted development,
particularly in the older neighborhoods? One wonders.
