John--those signs are at the site of Chris's Appliance Store.   Chris is
generous in that he allows
any candidate to post a sign at the location of his store.   After all
his
customers are both Demos
and Republicans and this is being nonpartial.   Other store owners
simply
set a policy to
not allow any signs put up.   In each case all candidates and parties
are
treated equally.
