*7:05 P.M.  CUP #641 - A request by Lori Smith for a Conditional Use Permit
for a Recreational Resort and Commercial Stables on an approximately 320
acre parcel zoned Agriculture/Forest (A/F). The property is located in
Sections 21 and 22, Township 39 North, Range 03 West, B.M., in Latah County,
parcel numbers RP39N03W214883A & RP39N03W225404A, approximately 3 miles to
the Southeast of Troy at 1070 Burnt Ridge Road.

*7:20 P.M. REZONE #642 - A request by Richard Berns to rezone 26.73 acres
from Agriculture/Forest (A/F) to Industrial. The property is located in
Sections 1 and 2, Township 41 North, Range 04 West, B.M., in Latah County,
parcel numbers RP41N04W016071A & RP41N04W029052A, approximately 4½ miles
east of Potlatch and approximately 2 miles west of Harvard to the south of
Highway 6.
