What about electric rates? Are they going to be
allowed to continue their electricity surcharge, or will that fall by the
wayside (giving everyone a break on their electricity as well)?

Visionaries:
This is an update from the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission regarding
Avista's request for
a 15.5
decrease in gas rates. Should be no problem in granting such a
request
and certainly
appreciated by consumers since the change in rate would take
effect on
November 1st.
