What does the electric run for an electric heated house in the 2000 sq ft range?  Winter vs Summer

 

Is natural gas only available in the city limits?

 

What does your gas bill run for a natural gas heated house?

What does a basic phone line cost?

 

Are the dial up internet connections good outside the city limits.
