My understanding is that the Community has not set a standard regarding
women showing even a portion of their breast in public view. 5 people voted
for this law. That is not Community. That to me is completely unacceptable.
Let the Community decide if that is the standard we want.
In fact, members of our Community visited the carwash and many members of
our Community have signed our petition to put the ordinance to a public
vote. But these are two separate issues in the sense that the city could
have dealt with the carwash without passing this law, and topfree carwashes
are still legal if not in public view.
Not very logical, indeed.
