Re: more topless



I second the motion that we ditch the nudity ordinance.  It would certainly 
be a shame if someone does decide to challenge it in court and our fair city 
decides to defend it.  I for one do not want my hard-earned tax-dollars 
going to defend such a silly, sweeping and constitutional-testing law, 
especially considering it more than likely will be overturned by the courts.
Though I'm not perfect, I do try to be tolerant and respectful.  I can't 
think of the last time I flaunted my bare chest in public.
Speaking of which, are we still on for lunch, Doug?
