Mr. dougwils, could you please enlighten us with a specific instance where this
is true (especially the "unnecessary and unwelcome" portion of your claim)? I
have yet to see public schools (that are commonly under staffed and poorly
financed) refuse voluntary assistance from a well-intending parent.
