    On Sunday 9/1/02 MOSCOW MORNING VIEWS, a talk
show on KUOI 89.3 FM in Moscow(web audio on  KUOI.org)
will feature the following guests:
    
    --In the first hour (9-10 am)a last-minute guest
cancellation means that there will be open phonelines
for callers on almost any subject and my ramblings on
a number of subjects. 
    
     --In the second hour (10-11 am)two spokespersons
for Muscovites for Equal Rights will discuss their
opposition to the Moscow female toplessnes ordinance
and their upcoming public protest of the ordinance.
