Plastic bags

Visionaries:
1. Do any stores in Moscow or Pullman accept plastic shopping bags for 
recycling or reuse?  Rosauer's used to have a bin in the exit vestibule near 
the free newspaper rack, but it disappeared some months ago.  (Yes, I know 
the best solution is to take my cloth shopping bags but I don't always 
remember.)
2. Does anyone on the list have use for a 30-gallon garbage bag full of 
smaller plastic bags -- collected by a friend who shall remain anonymous?  
Please write to me off-list and I will be glad to deliver it.  I hate to 
send it to the landfill without first trying to find someone who can use it.
