Since I may not be available the rest of the day, I decided to close down
the sample survey website and post the results.  They are:

Declared Non-Response:  1*

* This respondent commented that the wording of the ordinance was too
confusing and decided not to cast a "vote".

If anybody cares to receive a copy of the results (individual responses
without names or e-mail addresses), may request it.  If a sufficient number
of people request this, I will post a downloadable Microsoft Word table to
the survey website.
