Fred? Fred? Where are you, Fred?

Fred Phelps (the Kansas minister who said he was bringing his Godly
troops here to burn a gay flag at the UI) has decided not to come to
Moscow.
"Too many violent fags in Moscow," he said in his news release.
The real reason, perhaps, is that he realized that with the Palouse
Pride group collecting money pledges for every moment that he spoke, he
would be helping his avowed enemies with every word.
So, unless he changes his mind again, Fred has decided to burn his gay
flag at the UI campus at McCall.  That ought to take all the weekend
boaters by surprise.
