I would opt for a large placard, placed
strategically for all to see:
Alturas: Enron of the Palouse
"Here sits a monument of urban sprawl
bearing witness to the chicanery of petty
politicians and simple-minded development
boosters visited upon the gullible people
of Moscow. Although opponents of the
development argued that wheat fields do
not constitute a 'blighted' area, the subsequent
development now appears to fit the
description."
