RE: Enforcement

I have a sneaking suspicion that this law will be enforced as strongly as
the curent sodomy laws are.

Assuming the Public Nudity Ordinance passes, how will it be enforced? Will
we have MPD officers patrolling the pool to verify compliance with bikinis
and other swim suits? Will the MPD patrol the clothing stores to make sure
no clothing is sold that is not in compliance? Will HS students be cited on
prom night when the girl's dresses are not in compliance? If this ordinance
is not universally enforced, is it legal or discriminatory?
