The Purpose of School

Excerpt: "How can a single-sex school teach boys to be led by girls?"

That is the exclamation when National Organization for Women
spokeswoman Terry O'Neill found out about the Bush Administration
Department of Education's plans to establish rules under which public
school systems could set up girls-only or boys-only schools.

Interesting that Sen. Hillary Clinton is an advocate of this concept
of single-sex education with her amendment to the "Leave No Child
Behind" education bill that ensured that states and school districts
could use federal education dollars intended for same-sex classes
and schools.

So is the purpose of schools to indoctrinate our children into
a belief system that we dont agree?

In my case - Not with my children you dont.
