New Fire Station

Does anyone know, off the top of their head, the status of construction
of the new north Moscow fire station that was approved last fall?  After
all the publicity that surrounded the funding issue and the expressed
need to have another station, I am puzzled that I haven't heard any news
since then.  Nor have I seen any construction activity...  Is there a
time-line for the project yet?
