Perhaps you don't know Walter as I do from a variety of
situations in our small community. He and I disagree on
some things, agree on others. But, indeed, I would follow
him into battle, and if he said to me "do nothing" I would
be confident it was because if I stood, crawled, or for that
matter twitched, I'd likely be shot, bitten by the viper, or
blown up by the landmine.
Which is not to suggest that what prompted the discussion
"maintain the status quo" "do nothing is an option"
comments are accurate or acceptable.
