Visionaries:

It's always difficult to know the best way to campaign for an issue.  
Certainly one criticism of the most recent levy election involved lack of 
accurate information.  I even talked to one person who chose not to vote 
because he would have voted no.  The reason?  He only saw signs urging "no" 
votes, so he assumed nobody really favored it.  I don't think it 
inappropriate to spend money advertising and informing.  If this levy does 
not pass, it will certainly be to the detriment of children, so money for 
informing and advertising is probably well spent.
