RE: Social Promotion

I'm not necessarily offended but I certainly do not agree.  It's a matter of
interpretation.  I think the glass is half full.

Although it is not a perfect system it is the best one we have, similar to
democracy and the judicial system.

I think the gentleman's comments are the result of negative thinking.  I
liken it to, "I remember when politicians were honest, people were more
trustworthy and the kids were actually educated in the public schools......
It goes on and on.

Moscow's public schools have been great for my family.  I support our public
schools and I will vote in favor of the upcoming levy.

Being a product of public education (culminating with a degree from a public
