No problem with the trolley proposal but am I mistaken or did I see in the 
paper that the downtown consultants did not find a downtown "parking 
problem."  I know that I never have to park more than a quarter block from 
where I am going.  It would probably be too negative to bring up downtown 
business employee parking on this venue.
