Ok.. so the venues buy in and are provided with advertising, ticket sales,
and entertainment.  The ticket sales and cover charges go to the MMG
committee, and the venues keep the liquor sales.  Correct?

My question is, what is the MMG committie SUPPOSED to do with all the money it collects?  
To the best of my knowledge.....The money is in turn distributed to the youth of Moscow. Anybody can request monies.

What governs the decisions they make regarding the distribution of their proceeds?  
The committee votes.

Are they required for any legal reason to disclose the monetary earnings/distribution information that is being requested of them?
You read in Kerri's earlier email that the distribution of funds was posted in The Daily News. I personally have not seen it. And yes, they are a non profit organization.
