Appaloosa Plates

Dear Visionaries,

     Now is the time to contact your State Representative to request
support for the Appaloosa license plate bill. A bill to create an
Appaloosa state license plate for the state of Idaho was presented in the
House  yesterday, and support of the bill is especially important right
now.  Proceeds from the  sale of the license plate will benefit youth
horse programs throughout the state. This could have an added benefit for
Moscow, in particular, because the Appaloosa Horse Club is headquartered
here.
