Moscow Mardi Gras 2002

C.J.s has chosen to break away and do their own thing this year.  
We certainly would have preferred to use Moscow Mardi Gras 
monies this year to contribute to their stated cause, Palouse 
Regional Crisis Line, rather than lose their support.   I hope they 
will choose to re-join with Moscow Mardi Gras' non-profit 
organization again in the near future.   The Beach also has chosen 
do their own thing over the years for the Moscow event.  However, it 
is my understanding that they do not contribute any of the funds 
towards any local youth groups or charities as has been the 
ultimate purpose of this historical event.

to why CJ's is not affiliated with the "official " Mardi Gras?

Moscow, Idaho - Mardi Gras Madness at CJ's.
 
Mardi Gras Madness will be on Saturday, March 2, 2002. This is the first 
annual benefit for the Palouse Regional Crisis Line so they can maintain 
services in the coming year. 

CJ's is located in downtown Moscow, Idaho.  No ticket required, doors open
at 
6:00 PM.  $8.00 gets you three floors of top entertainment at CJ's and bus 
service from The Bookie in Pullman to CJ's.  This event is not affiliated 
with Moscow Mardi Gras Inc.
