Dear Visionaries,

Given the difficulty of the discussion about school budgets and the desire
of some of us to cheer those in the trenches of the schools who try to do a
great job, sometimes under far less than great circumstances, my Oregon
friend sent this along and I thought you might wish to see it as well. If
