					NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
		  	   BEFORE THE LATAH COUNTY ZONING COMMISSION
					Wednesday, February 6, 2002
						 7:00 P. M.

The Latah County Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday,
February 6, 2002, in Room 2-B of the Latah County Courthouse, Moscow, Idaho,
to receive comments on:

	7:05 P.M.  CUP #628 - A request by Starcom Technologies Inc. for a
Conditional Use Permit to reactivate an existing wireless communications
facility.  The property is located approximately 600 feet northeast of the
intersection of Gold Hill Road and Crane Creek Road, in the Southwest ¼ of
Section 20, Township 42 North, Range 4 West, B.M., Latah County.

	7:10 P.M.	RZ #626 - A request by Randy Ward to rezone a 34.92-acre parcel
from Agriculture/Forest (A/F) to Rural Residential (RR-5). The property is
located at 1041 Spring Valley Road, near the City of Troy in Section 5,
Township 39 North, Range 3 West, B.M., in Latah County.

	7:15 P.M.  CUP #462C - A request for an amendment to Latah Sanitation Inc.
Conditional Use Permit #462B to allow the operation of a household hazardous
waste collection and transfer facility.  The property is located in Section
24, Township 39 North, Range 5 West, B.M., in Latah County.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing.  Accommodations
for individuals who qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act are
available upon request.  Notice is required in the Planning Office three
working days prior to the hearing in order to acquire accommodations.

This hearing will be held pursuant to the Latah County Hearing Procedures
Ordinance and under authority of the Idaho Local Planning Act, the Latah
County Comprehensive Plan, the Latah County Zoning Ordinance, and the Latah
County Subdivision Ordinance.  The Zoning Commission reserves the right to
limit the length of testimony.  It also reserves the right to consider other
zoning designations as may be found to be appropriate.
