1.	Approval of Minutes of October 15, 2001 for Administrative Committee, 
and Public Works/Finance

2.	Presentation of Citizen Survey - Gary J. Riedner and Brant Kucera
On November 7, 2001, the City will mail its first citizen survey.  Staff is 
gathering final input from various boards, commissions and committees. 
 Once finalized, the survey will be mailed to approximately 1400 randomly 
chosen Moscow households.  A final report on the responses will be 
available mid-December.

ACTION:  Provide feedback.

3.	Downtown Revitalization Report - Dale Pernula
On October 16, 2001, the consultants hired to conduct the downtown 
revitalization project held a workshop at Gritman Medical Center.  During 
the course of the workshop, they presented two draft alternative plans for 
downtown Moscow and elements of a market study for downtown Moscow.
