eBooks@your library
You are invited to come to the first
organizational meeting of the Friends of the Moscow Library eBook Club to be
held at the library at 6:30 PM on
Tuesday, October 29th. Learn all about eBooks
and help to formulate user guidelines. Check out an eBook reader to take home
with you so that you can cuddle up with an eBook. This cutting edge club will
be lots of fun as we paint the path into the digital future. We’ll
discuss projects such as accumulating eBooks in
various genres, which books to download from the Internet and how to do it,
which books to buy and why. We’ll talk about publishing electronic books
written by you, by kids, by senior citizens writing memoirs and genealogies--what
about publishing poetry electronically or cookbooks or baby albums? The
applications are endless and don’t cost money, unlike tree books that can
cost thousands for even a limited edition. Come and join us. This is going to
be a fun and creative group. Everyone is welcome.
Please
