I think the writer omitted a couple of "sh's" from his name.

This person is just not PC.  Or, perhaps, is too, too PC.

I suspect he'll tell all of us cowards to blow it out our asses in his next

And we don't have to guess whose payroll he's on.  Agent Provocateur 
Extraordinaire.  Or Mediocre.  He should get a real job, instead of 
depending on the last form of state welfare for his vittles.
