I've read articles that analogize these virus warnings to having a song
running through your head. They've been called "information virii" if I
recall correctly. They consume drive space and bandwidth, kind of like what
the theme song to I Dream of Genie does in your head...
If this came through WSU's computer department, heads should roll. The Bud
Frogs hoax is fairly old.
