Do we have any idea of the number of parking passes the University sold and
the number of spaces available in each color coded lot? I think we should
have facts before we make assumptions based on our personal experiences.
Remember, there was construction in the Law Schools lot and the lot behind
administration was closed. Was last year's problem a product of
construction or is it a real problem?

In response to Mr. Force's email:
Despite the fact that at no time were all lots full, I paid over twice the
cost of parking at the Kibbie and in return, I expect to be able to park in
the more central locations. Although this may sound a bit snobbish, the
fact remains that I paid for a service that was hardly ever provided. The
amount of parking permits the University oversold was outrageous.
