I think Bill London has raised a serious question about possible conflict of interest on the part of James Gress. If there's another side to this, I'd be interested in hearing it from someone. By the way, if it's true Gress is connected with that 51-acre development north of town where they've flattened our beautiful Palouse hills into a bare mudflat, he should be disqualified on esthetic grounds.
