Personally, I think this is typical of current events reporting in any
newspaper. My father was a public official for 12 years in Ohio, so I was
quite familiar with a lot of current events, public meetings, elections,
etc. I honestly must say that I've never read a single newspaper article
that didn't have some significant fact wrong. When dad retired, one of the
local papers ran a large story on his legacy, complete with a large
photograph of "Mr. Hoffman." The man depicted was about my age, and had a
5-year-old girl hoisted on his shoulders. "Who's that?" I asked Dad. "I
have no idea," he responded, with a laugh.
Additionally, Todd Hogan has not contacted me about the littering that
continues to occur on my street, and what the fate of the driver will be
(who was supposed to be removed from the route if he violated distribution
goals/policy again). So I'll just cc: Mr. Hogan on this to see if he responds.
