The benefit will help support an annual retreat - a 5 day retreat for persons with AIDS, usually very far along in the illness. It is a powerful and positive and strengthening experience for the people who attend the retreat. This year $6000 was cut from the retreat's budget, therefore the Catholic Newman Association, in conjunction with other WSU groups and community organizations are sponsoring a fund-raiser to raise $2000.
