a.	Renewal of Intergovernmental Agreement (Jay Becker)
b.	Groundwater Management Plan update - draft sent out for 
review; PBAC provide comments by March 30, 2001; updated 
Action Plans from WSU, Pullman, UI, and Whitman County by 
May 1, 2001
c.	Status of funding request from Idaho and Washington (J. 
McKenna) 
d.	2000 Annual Report - draft sent out for review; PBAC provide 
comments by March 19, 2001; discuss number of copies to print 
and distribution

4.	REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS 
a.	PBAC staffing (C. Benjamin)
b.	PBAC budget report (J. McKenna)
c.	Exposure in the Community (J. McKenna) - Activities for 
Groundwater/Water Week (first week in May); entities are 
encouraged to work together on advertising and events
d.	UI Internship Fair - March 28; PBAC will have a table and 
entities are encouraged to advertise for a summer intern (J. 
McKenna)
e.	Update from entities on water and water conservation projects 
(Chair and Committee)
