here is a thought.  why not build out east on highway 8 and use the new high
school for Troy and Moscow students.  Kill 2 birds with one stone.  Just a
thought...

Historic Preservation called "Historic Neighborhood Schools in the Age
of Sprawl: Why Johnny Can't Walk to School."
