Visionaries:
The Spokesman-Review ran a map in its Thursday city edition (also on its
website) showing the precinct breakdown in the Spokane mayor's race.  An
accompanying note says that the map was produced using "ArcView GIS, a
desktop mapping system."

Is anyone on this list familiar with ArcView or other software that
might easily allow similar mapping for Latah County's precincts?  It
would be enlightening to see visually the precincts that went most
strongly for Bush, Gore and Nader.
