I have to agree with this point. We do need to clean up the east side. Some
shrubs or trees might be nice on the side of the road.

Like I said yesterday, I just wish the Moscow City Cemetery, who are local
and who do have to live with the ugliness, would cut the weeds and pick up
the trash in their Troy Highway ditch.  At least the developers from Spokane
do that.  As I drive past the cemetery several times a day I constantly
consider this entrance to the city a "vile strip[s] of endless, hideous"
appearance.
