Trading a vote

I would like to trade my Gore vote in Washington to someone in Idaho 
in exchange for his or her Nader vote. I would like to help Nader 
achieve 5% in order to get mathcing funds. A Nader vote in Washington 
could hurt Gore; a Gore vote in Idaho is pretty much a waste since it 
seems Bush will take Idaho.
