Forum on Youth Enhancement

Just a reminder to all parents (why not grandparents too!), young 
people, and educators who are interested in communities' programs for 
enhancing children's welfare, a panel of experienced folks will 
discuss the issues and entertain questions from the floor --

	THURSDAY EVE, Sept. 28, 7 PM in the COMMUNITY CENTER, City Hall,

	3rd St. at Washington (the famous 206 E. Third St. address)

	Free of charge -- Bring your family, friends and neighbors to help

	define values and goals for our children and their future.
