candidate questionaire

Several V2020 subscribers have volunteered to help assemble and report a 
candidate questionaire for the Nov election.
Our goal is to prepare the questions and divide the work of assembling the 
responses at one meeting.  We also hope to be able to report the results on 
V2020 (and perhaps in other media as well) early in the political season, 
maybe in early September, so we can help frame the political debate as well.
