Fwd: Fw: Aquifer



John Danahy's request that I decide whether this message is appropriate for 
Vision 2020 resulted, as you can see, in forwarding the message.  I don't 
like to censor/decide, so opted to include.  Besides, the aquifer issue is a 
common one between our area and Kootenai County.  BL
